Following the sack of their former manager, Real Madrid were reported to be seeking the signature of former Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger to take over but that did not happen.
The French man has been jobless since the last summer window after he resigned his job as the Gunners boss and was immediately replaced with Unai Emery from PSG.
However, the former Arsenal boss made it clear that he will never manage the Spanish La Liga outfit again because his chances are already over.
He noted that he was approached by the Los Blancos on several occasions to move to the Spanish capital but he refused while acknowledging that Real Madrid is a big side and a dream club to nay manager in the world.
Arsene Wenger recalled that he was approached even before the North London outfit left the Highbury home to the Emirate Stadium but all he wanted was to remain with the Gunners team.
He stated that a stadium was built and there was a need to pay back because he was involved in the process.
However, it is unsure where the destination of the French man lies but he has made it clear that he missed coaching which hints that he still has the interest.
