Why Arsenal deal for Ever Banega has been delayed

Reports hint that everything has been put in place to have Ever Banega seal a move to the North London side Arsenal but it is yet to become a reality.

The report also claims that the Gunners have already prepared their bid while Ever Banega’s representative is alleged to have stormed London and held talks with the North London club.

However, reports claim that the deal is yet to be actualized because Ever Banega is still reflecting on the offer and is expected to make his decision anytime soon.

The 30-year-old will no longer be a Sevilla player at the end of the season as his contract with the La Liga outfit runs to an end which makes it necessary for them to cash in on him or hand him a new contract that will have him stay much longer at the club.

Suggestions are that the Argentina international is yet to make any decision on where he should be next season having learnt of the interest from Arsenal.

The Gunners will no doubt have a big need for Ever Banega knowing his wealth of experience and he could just provide the cover for Wales international Aaron Ramsey who is set to leave the club at the end of the season.
