Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez has refused to rule a move away from the Emirates after claiming he wants to play football ‘wherever that may be’.
fuelling speculations that he will leave Arsenal in search of better opportunities; it is understood that Sanchez is worried about his team’s lack of winning mentality and might consider joining a club where he can win titles.
Despite, Arsene Wenger’s comments that the 28-year-old will remain at the Emirates but hinted his agent could be a barrier in the deal, Sanchez has further fueled suggestions that he wants an exit with his latest revelation about his future.
Alexis Sanchez said: “Looking at everything I’ve done in my career as a footballer, at all the titles, I believe that what’s hugely important is motivation.
“If a footballer is well motivated and has various things to motivate him every day, he will keep achieving his goals.
“I try to do that in every game – to give 100 per cent. Life is like a pair of scales. One minute you can be right up there and the next really low.
“As long as I’m playing football I’m happy – wherever that may be.”
Arsenal travel to Selhurst Park on Monday to face Crystal Palace and will hope to continue in same form that saw them beat West Ham last Wednesday.
