United concluding deal for player with big quality but cheap fee

English Premier League outfit Man United are making efforts to act smart in the summer transfer window. They have got a lot of additions to make in the team but do not have all of the budget to engage with.

However, they are to be linked with the signature of Portuguese outfit Benfica defender Ruben Dias.

Ruben Dias had been added to the list of those wanted at the Old Trafford because of the price of Kalidou Koulibaly, as Napoli’s demands of €96m.

The young defender is now part of a group which includes Ajax’s Matthijs de Ligt and Tottenham Hotspur’s Toby Alderweireld who are both wanted at the club.

It is reported that talks have already begun and the Red Devils are closing in on the deal
