Bayern Munich playmaker James Rodriguez will leave Spanish club Real Madrid upon his return to the La Liga outfit this summer according to widespread reports coming out of the media in Spain.
James Rodriguez has been on loan at German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich since the start of last season.
The Colombian international joined Bayern Munich on a two-year loan deal worth £11m as paid for by the Bavarian giants with the option to make the transfer permanent for £36m at the end of his loan deal this summer.
He has been linked with several Premier League clubs in the last few months including Champions League finalists Liverpool.
James Rodriguez was also linked with both Europa League finalists Arsenal and Chelsea during the winter transfer window earlier this year.
According to the publication from trusted Spanish newspaper Marca, James Rodriguez will leave German champions Bayern Munich this summer and that he’s one of 14 players that will leave Real Madrid this summer.
The Colombian playmaker will return to Real Madrid in the next few weeks.
