Liverpool legend Graeme Souness has slammed Chelsea after their disappointing 2-0 defeat to Everton in their Premier League clash on Sunday evening.
Everton secured their first league win at home in over two months with an impressive victory over Champions League-chasing Chelsea.
The last home win for the Toffees was in January against South Coast club Bournemouth.
Everton were buoyed by a timid second-half performance from Chelsea with Richarlison and Gylfi Sigurdsson getting the goals for the Toffees just after the halftime interval.
Reacting to the poor display from Chelsea, former Liverpool midfielder Souness ripped into Maurizio Sarri and his players while he was doing his punditry job on Sky Sports.
According to him, Chelsea played like a five-a-side team as they were dominant in possession without much end result to show for it.
He also pointed out that the Blues are over-reliant on star player Eden Hazard.
Chelsea missed out on the opportunity to stake a claim for a spot in the top four of the Premier League with the poor result against Everton.
A win would have taken the Blues to the same point tally (60) with London rivals Arsenal who occupy the final spot in the Premier League top four.
