The reason why Wenger’s sack was unfair

Latest developments from the Emirate Stadium prove that the English Premier League outfit Arsenal were unfair to have asked their former manager Arsene Wenger to leave.

Arsene Wenger announced his decision to quit as Arsenal boss at the end of last season but it was revealed that he was forced to do that and not his wish.

The French manager left the job for his poor performance despite being the most successful manager the club has ever had.

Most of the excuses given for the lack of qualitative performance is because of the fact that there were no transfer dealings as funds were not made available.

The same scenario is now playing out with new manager Unai Emery as he is also struggling with good performances as and being unable to strengthen in terms of new players.

A number of defensive buys were expected in the last winter window which concluded last week but that did not happen as it is understood that the club has no financial strength for the window.

However, former Gunners midfielder Emmanuel Petit claims the club were unfair to the former manager knowing the situations at the club are yet to be changed.

According to him, Wenger failed to perform because he was not handed enough fund and that is being repeated.
