As expected, English Premier League outfit Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had words with his players after the 2-0 defeat suffered against French Ligue 1 outfit PSG on Tuesday.
The players were understood to be down with disappointment as they expected their unbeaten run to extend to the Champions League after achieving that with the Premier League.
In the course of the game, the Red Devils lost Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard to injury which makes the team short in terms of strength squad ahead of next games unless they return to full fitness.
However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reported to have told the players never to feel sorry for themselves because these are the situations they must learn to live with to be able to move on immediately.
He noted that the PSG side are a more experienced side than his team which makes them triumph in the game.
No wonder, the former United forward said he has learnt a lot of lessons from the game and hopes to bounce back as soon as possible.
However, United face a major Premier League test against Liverpool later this month with the game expected to determine the stance of the league table.
