Chelsea are plotting a loan move for Inter Milan winger, Jonathan Biabiany before the end of the January transfer window. Reports in the Sky Sport Italia claim that the Blues are looking to sign the winger as a cover in wide areas as they remain clear at the top of the Premier League.
