Arsenal are having fitness concerns for Super Eagles Alex Iwobi who might be out of Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa in Johannesburg. Iwobi alongside Udinese defender William Troost-Ekong and Brighton’s Leon Balogun did not participate in Eagles’ full training as it is alleged that they have all suffered knocks which places them as doubts ahead of the game. Brighton goalkeeper Mathew Ryan has reacted to the speculations linking him with a move to Manchester United ahead of the January transfer window. It was reported in the national press that Ryan is set to take over at United should David De Gea leave at the end of the season. It is no longer news that the Spanish goalkeeper is keen on leaving Manchester United at the end of the season but might be kept against his wish for another year with his owners ready to activate a clause in his contract.
