It has been confirmed, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been named as the permanent manager of Man United for a 3-year deal after impressing as an interim manager.
The former Red Devils forward took over from former manager Jose Mourinho last December after the former Chelsea and Real Madrid manager failed to motivate the players to win games.
The situation is now different as the Red Devils have returned to winning ways and have been able to regain their stance in the Premier League to be able to fight for a top-four finish while they are in the quarterfinals f the Champions League.
Following the announcement on Thursday, the new manager will be facing his first challenge as he would be without Eric Bailly ahead of their clash against Watford.
The Ivory Coast international is injured and this is a major concern for the Red Devils boss knowing that there is a need for a stable defence to face Watford as they continue in their press for qualification to the Champions League.
Eric Bailly suffered a head injury while on international duty with Ivory Coast in their 3-0 win over Rwanda earlier on.
This, therefore, means that the defender will join a handful of players who are out due to injury. The development might not be new to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
