Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri will be named the new manager at Juventus this weekend according to widespread reports emanating from the Italian media.
Juventus have made Chelsea manager Sarri their top target in their bid to appoint a new permanent manager.
According to the specific publication from Tuttosport, Sarri has agreed on a deal with Juventus over the vacant managerial post at the club and an official announcement is expected this weekend.
Juventus are looking for a new manager after Maximiliano Allegri resigned from his role as the Juventus boss at the end of the just concluded Italian Serie A season.
Allegri had a year left on his contract despite the fact that the former AC Milan boss led Juventus to their eighth successive league title and a fifth straight league title under his watch.
He became the Juventus manager in 2014 after Antonio Conte left Turin to take up the Italian national team job.
Apart from winning five league titles with Juventus, Maximiliano Allegri also led the Old Lady to two Champions League finals.
Allegri and Juventus lost 3-1 to Spanish champions Barcelona during the 2015 Champions League final before losing 4-1 to Real Madrid during the 2017 edition as the Los Merengues became the first team to win and retain the Champions League title.
