Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola gives his verdict on Chelsea new signings

Many football lovers and pundits have hinted that Liverpool are the only club that can challenge and unseat English Premier League toppers, Manchester City in the coming season.

This is as a result of the top signings which have been made by Klopp in the soon to end transfer window.

Liverpool have signed Fabinho, Nabil Keita, Alisson Becker and Shaqiri.

But Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola thinks otherwise as he does not see Liverpool as a worthy opponent or threat.

The Man City boss in a statement disclosed he is scared of Chelsea FC especially with the arrival of Sarri Maurizio as their new coach, who he so much respect.

Chelsea have so far been able to sign four players, Jorginho and Rob Green  Kepa Arrizabalaga, who they sign at £71.6 million and Mateo Kosavic on loan.

Apart from Kepa, Real Madrid and Croatia player, Matteo Kovacic arrived at the club amidst some other new players.

All of these make Chelsea a potential team capable of unseating Man City.

Guardiola added in his statement that with Chelsea being able to also convince Eden Hazard to stay, the EPL will be tougher this season.
