Bayern Munich playmaker James Rodriguez has turned down a move to the Premier League according to reports coming out of the Spanish media.
James Rodriguez is on a two-year loan deal at German champions Bayern Munich from parent club Real Madrid and his spell at the Allianz Arena ends this summer having joined at the start of the last campaign.
The 27-year-old was deemed surplus to requirements at Real Madrid when he signed for Bayern Munich on loan in 2017 and the position is expected to remain the same when he returns to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu this summer.
The Colombian international has been linked with a move to Premier League clubs like Chelsea and Liverpool but he’s not ready to show his quality in the top flight of English football.

According to the specific publication from Marca, his disinterest in a move to the Premier League has left the Italian Serie A duo of Napoli and Juventus as favourites for the Colombian.
James Rodriguez became a Real Madrid player in the summer of 2014 shortly after the World Cup tournament in Brazil.
Real Madrid splashed a whopping sum of £63m on the Colombian after he had finished the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup tournament as the topscorer with six goals.
