Pochettino reacts to United’s resurgence under Solskjaer

This is the first time that Argentina manager and Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino would be reacting in public since Man United became a transformed team under interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Red Devils team transformed from their slow and struggling state under former manager Jose Mourinho but as soon as he was sacked with the former United forward brought in to take charge, the team became a winning side as they have suffered only one defeat against PSG in the Champions League.

He noted that the United team are now a better side than they used to be and the England national team are already benefitting from the good work at the Old Trafford and with the players.

However, the Red Devils boss has been hailed for transforming the United team as they are now more motivated than they used to be as well as giving results which have pushed them to fight for the top four positions.

Also, the Red Devils recorded a historic 3-1 win against French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain in Paris after suffering a 2-0 defeat at the Old Trafford in the first leg. Man United have now qualified to the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champion League.
