Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho believes Alexis Sanchez’s arrival this month will have an impact on the club’s summer transfer plans.
Sanchez is getting closer to completing a sensational switch to Old Trafford, while Manchester United are planning to send Herinkh Mkhitaryan over to North London.
The Chilean international is not part of the Arsenal squad clashing with Crystal Palace in the premier league this weekend, and there are suggestions he could even complete his move before the coming week.
The red devils had been expected to hunt for a quality attacker when summer comes, and they have been linked with superb stars Gareth Bale and Antoine Griezmann.
But it appears manager Jose Mourinho won’t be bothering about splashing the cash on any of the two attackers this summer, and he has made it known he is only likely to sign just two players when the summer window opens.
The Portuguese tactician also said he isn’t a big fan of signing players in the winter transfer window, but the opportunity to sign Alexis Sanchez isn’t one he should lose.
The former Chelsea boss needs more power in his attack department, and he’s still hopeful of overtaking Manchester City in the premier league.
Can Alexis Sanchez shine at Old Trafford?
