This gaffer gives United condition before saying yes

Mike Phelan is reported to be wanted at Man United on a permanent deal to work with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the crew but he has his reservations as he is now ready to hand some conditions to the Red Devils before saying yes.

Daily Mail reports that the coach is not satisfied with the complex nature of the Man United management and also seeks to have a better understanding of their recruitment system before he gives his nod to the offer.

Mike Phelan’s importance to the team is well known, even to the fans and there are suggestions that it would be a delight to the supporters should he accept to remain at the Old Trafford because of his vast knowledge of the league and the club.

The Red Devils are hoping to secure a technical director at the end of the season which will mean a change in the system and that has to be understood by Mike Phelan before he commits to the club.
