Belgium international Marouane Fellaini has made a statement to Chinese Super League by scoring a goal in his debut game for his Shandong Luneng team.
Marouane Fellaini left the Old Trafford in February for a move to the Super League with a fee of £10 million after he was unable to make a starting shirt with the Red Devils under interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Belgium international had wished to remain at Old Trafford but there was a refusal to grant him his wish of a 2-year contract extension as a result of his game which cannot guarantee regular playing time.
There is no doubt that the former Everton man has been missed by the Red Devils only for the fact that interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been doing a great job to motivate the players and get them at their best for all games.
Man United have suffered just a defeat with a draw since the former Red Devils forward took charge of the club as an interim manager.
However, Ole Gunnar Soskjaer has been tipped to be handed the job at Old Trafford on a permanent basis having impressed and proven he deserves it .
