The former Bayern Munich and Barcelona boss has been named the Manager of the Season ahead of the likes of his Liverpool counterpart Jurgen Klopp, Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Santo and Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The Spanish tactician was named the Manager of the Season by the League Managers Association (LMA) on Tuesday night.
Pep Guardiola retained the Manager of the Season Award just like what was obtainable with the Premier League title.
He had won the award ahead of ex-Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho last season.
