‘Man Utd only came to do this’ – David Luiz

Despite Chelsea getting an equalizer against Man Utd at the last few minutes to the end of the game, the Blues center back defender, David Luiz has taken time out to slam his former coach Jose Mourinho.

According to David Luiz, Chelsea were the only one that played in the first half, which is quite obvious as Man Utd only had one shot on target.

But the second half was different, especially after Anthony Martial’s first goal which boosted the Red Devils confidence, they changed their tactics and came out more than the way they did in the first half.

David Luiz hinted that had Chelsea scored the second goal before Man Utd’s first equalizer, the Red Devils would have played a defensive game all through.

The Brazil star in a statement hinted that Chelsea ”tried to win from the beginning of the game.”

He stressed that Chelsea had the ball possessions and were ready to play real football but Man Utd ‘came with a plan just to defend and play on the counter-attack.’

Well, the game was played as expected, many football fans knew Mourinho would surely park the bus against Chelsea and could have done it all through the match if not for Martial’s first goal that boosted their confidence.
