This year’s winter transfer window have officially closed few days back and the reports in the media are now talking about the potential moves that could happen in the coming summer transfer window.
Right since last year, one player heavily linked with a move to Manchester United is Antoine Griezmann – this is well known.
The latest reports however are both positive and negative for the Old Trafford club. There have been speculations already that Man United have not agreed any transfer with the French international.
Recently however, Independent had covered an exclusive report just yesterday where they stated that despite claims, personal terms have been agreed with Griezmann.
The 25-year-old star striker has probably agreed a deal that will make him earn around 17.7 million euros a year.
This season so far in 29 games for his La Liga side, the versatile playmaker has scored 15 times and has also provided 7 assists.
Even though he is interested in moving to Old Trafford, but he is also open to a move to Real Madrid mainly because Man United may not qualify for next season’s Champions league. But since the red devils were able to sign French compatriot Paul Pogba without CL football, they think they will be able to convince Griezmann to join as well.
Last summer, Manchester United signed a top quality attacker in the person of Armenian Mkhitaryan. If Jose Mourinho can persuade Griezmann into Man United, then his side will likely have the best attack in the country.
