Four Liverpool players have been named on the PFA Premier League Team of the Year which was released earlier on Thursday morning.
The Liverpool players on the list include three defenders and one attacker.
Virgil Van Dijk, Sadio Mane, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson all made the list.
The defensive trio of Van Dijk, Alexander-Arnold and Robertson have contributed immensely to the Liverpool defence.
The Liverpool defence has been a major contributor to the Reds’ question for a first league title in almost three decades.

Liverpool have the best defence in the league with just 20 goals conceded after 35 games this term.
In addition, the Reds have kept 19 clean sheets in those matches which is more than any other team in the top flight of English football.
Dutch international Van Dijk is at the centre of all the successes recorded by the Liverpool defence while the fullback duo of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson are among the best assist providers in the league.
Liverpool right-back Alexander-Arnold has provided seven assists this season while left-back Robertson has nine assists.
The only non-Liverpool defender in the team is Sadio Mane.
The Senegalese international star has been in superb form for Liverpool this season with 18 goals in the league.
