Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that his players are ready to deal with setbacks in their bid for the Premier League title.
According to him, they won’t be surprised by those setbacks if adequate preparation has already been done to chat them.
Klopp went on to cite the Fulham example in their last league game in the Premier League.
Liverpool had taken a first-half lead through the in form Sadio Mane who scored his 11th goal in as many games before former player Ryan Babel capitalised on a mix-up between Virgil Van Dijk and Alisson Becker to level proceedings for the hosts in the 74th minute.
The Reds were then handed a lifeline seven minutes later when Fulham goalkeeper Sergio Rico brought down Mane and substitute James Milner made no mistake from the spot to give Liverpool a priceless win.
Liverpool were able to recover from adversity to record a 2-1 victory over their hosts and secure top spot ahead of title rivals Manchester City who have played a game less.
