Liverpool are considering making a summer approach to land Keylor Navas from La Liga side Real Madrid, as per reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror is claiming that Liverpool are pondering making a summer move to sign the goalkeeper as an alternative to Roma goalie Alisson.
The same article says that the Reds are interested in finding a long-term replacement for Belgian Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius at the club this summer.
Liverpool target Roma goalie
The story suggests that AS Roma safe hand Alisson is the Reds top transfer target to reinforce at the back this summer window, but Liverpool are also believed to be keeping close tabs on Real Madrid goalie Navas.
The story says that the La Liga champions could be ready to offload Navas this summer window because they may secure the signature of either Belgian Thibaut Courtois or Spaniard David De Gea.
Top four hopes
Meanwhile, the Merseyside giants are currently getting ready for their home League encounter against West Ham at Anfield on Saturday.
Liverpool are currently in the third position on the English Premier League log as they attempt to try and end in the top four for the second successive season under German tactician Jurgen Klopp.
