Five-time European champions Liverpool have already outlined their transfer plans for highly rated midfielder Marko Grujic ahead of this summer’s transfer window.
This is according to reports emanating from the media in Germany.
Liverpool midfielder Grujic is on a season-long loan deal at German Bundesliga club Hertha Berlin at the moment.
Earlier reports had claimed that Hertha Berlin officials are impressed with the 22-year-old and that they would like to turn his loan deal into a permanent transfer.
He has been able to churn out impressive performances for the German capital club despite the fact that he has suffered from injury problems this season.
German newspaper Sport Bild claim that Liverpool have different transfer plans from the permanent transfer idea being proposed by Hertha Berlin who are in ninth position on the Bundesliga table presently.
It was revealed that Liverpool want to send Marko Grujic on loan again next season (2019/20) and that they want him to join a club that will play European football next term.
Hertha Berlin is unlikely to qualify for Europe next season with their current position on the German Bundesliga table.
Serbian midfielder Marko Grujic spent last season on loan at Welsh side Cardiff City and he helped the club gain promotion to the Premier League.
