At long last, premier league side Liverpool have allowed one of their ‘long-time’ players – in the person of Ryan Fulton, make a switch to Scotland.
The Anfield club confirmed that the 21-year-old has joined Scottish side Hamilton Academical on a permanent deal.
The young shot-stopper had been with the reds since he was just nine, but wasn’t given the opportunity to have a competitive first-team appearance as he evolves.
To aid his developments however, Liverpool have been sending him on loans to different places (including Portsmouth and Chesterfield) in recent seasons. However, the goalkeeper has now left the club on a permanent basis.
Fulton will now join up with his new club immediately and make a return back to his native homeland at Scotland.
And the SPL side thanked Liverpool for their co-operation with the deal, with the reds wishing the player everything good for the future.
The Scottish U-21 international signed a two year deal with Hamilton, and it’s all for good.
Should he remained at Anfield, he won’t be chanced to prove his capacities – considering that Jurgen Klopp has got the trio of Simon Mignolet, Loris Karius, and Danny Ward already in the goalkeeping department who are all ahead of him
