Koscielny ‘takes over’ from Emery immediately, shares responsibility on the pitch

Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny has told the players what to do on the pitch if they must defeat BATE in the second leg of the Europa League at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday.

The North London face a very dicey fixture after suffering a 1-0 to BATE away at Belarus last week as they now face a difficult one at the Emirates Stadium which is a must-win for them or they risk being dumped out of the competition.

Laurent Koscielny has, therefore, told his slayers to d all it takes to secure a win in the game stressing that his side had the possession in the first leg but were still defeated 1-0 by the Belarus outfit.

He said defenders must defend well but it all starts with the attackers as they must make good use of the opportunities that will come so as to lift the team and other departments to do more.

Laurent Koscielny noted that it is a collective job that should be done by all on the pitch, noting that the only way to stop BATE is not to give them the chances to have their way as they could just have an opportunity and convert it immediately.
