Italian Giants Emerge As Suitor For Chelsea Loanee

Italian Serie A giants AC Milan have emerged as a possible transfer destination for Chelsea loanee Michy Batshuayi.

Belgian international striker Batshuayi is on a season-long loan at Spanish La Liga side Valencia.

Recent media reports had claimed that the Spanish club is weighing up the possibility of terminating his contract halfway into the loan deal.

Valencia want to send him back to parent club Chelsea after what is looking like a disappointing spell at the Mestalla.

Michy Batshuayi has been able to score just three goals in 20 appearances for Valencia in all competitions.

Seven-time European champions Milan are looking for quality and cheap reinforcements when the transfer window reopens.

This is in a bid to boost their squad ahead of the second half of the season as they fight for a Champions League spot at the end of this campaign.

Batshuayi’s disappointing loan spell at Valencia is a stark contrast to the one he enjoyed while he was at German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund for the second half of the last campaign.
