Juventus have agreed on a free transfer move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey in a deal that would see him earn £140,000 on a weekly basis.
Respected Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano said that the free transfer move of Aaron Ramsey is a done deal with medicals and contract signing left before it is announced.
Premier League leaders Liverpool were one of several clubs keen on a transfer for the Welsh international playmaker but it looks like the midfielder will be heading to Italy to link up with Serie A champions Juventus.
The above mentioned journalist confirmed that Aaron Ramsey will earn £36m over the next five years at £7.2m on a yearly basis.
Apart from Merseyside giants Liverpool, clubs like Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Chelsea, AS Roma, Manchester United were all interested in the 28-year-old.
The Welshman has been in good form for Arsenal in the Premier League this season despite his contract situation at the club.
Aaron Ramsey has found the back of the net two times and also provided six assists in the league this term.
He’s the longest serving player at Arsenal having joined the club from Cardiff City in 2008 for a fee believed to be around £4.8m.
