I won’t resign, says Van Gaal

Van Gaal ruled out resigning as Manchester United coach despite a goalless draw at home to Chelsea.

The reluctant manager had hinted that he could quit his job rather than to be sacked.

“We didn’t have the luck to win, there was clear case of penalty, he said.”

“When the players can give such a good performance, with this lot of pressure, then there is no reason to resign,” he said.
