Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has said that he “cannot be happy” at the West London club unless they are winning and challenging for top honours.
Chelsea have struggled for consistency this term in what has been manager Antonio Conte’s second campaign in charge at the club.
The Blues are currently in the fifth position in the English Premier League table and looking like they will miss out on a top-four finish on the Log this season.
That means that Conte’s side might have to make do with a spot in the UEFA Europa League for next term rather than the Prestigious UEFA Champions League.
Hazard has said that notwithstanding how well he is performing for the team, he cannot be entirely satisfied if the side is not winning matches and challenging for honours.
The former Premier League Champions will be hoping to catch City rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the race for UEFA Champions League qualification before the end of the current season.
Antonio Conte’s side are currently five points adrift Spurs on the log with only four matches remaining to play.
The London club have won the English Premier League title twice in the last three seasons but have heavily struggled for consistency this season.
