Chelsea defender confident of Arsenal deal

West London outfit, Chelsea central defender Gary Cahill is confident of sealing a move to the North London outfit Arsenal in coming days.

The star defender has been linked away from the Stamford Bride in a number of weeks with a number of clubs linked for his signature after it was established that he would be leaving the Blues team as a result of the lack of playing time.

Reports according to NewsMondo say a deal is close as an agreement is almost agreed between the player and the Gunners team.

Although the deal is expected to be a loan move for Gary Cahill, butsuggestions are that the Gunners will have the option of having him on a permanent deal as it is not sure he would be having a place in the manager Maurizio Sarri team at the West London side.

The England international has got a number of offers outside the Premier league but reports claim he wishes to remain in England which makes Arsenal favorite to secure his signature anytime soon.

However, the North London side are expected to pay about £4 million to secure a loan move for Gary Cahill who earns £110, 000 weekly at the West London club.
