Liverpool striker Dominic Solanke is reportedly on the verge of leaving the club for the Scottish Premier League on a temporary move.
According to trusted English media outlet TalkSport, the England junior international player will seal a loan move to Scottish Premier League giants Rangers when the winter transfer window reopens in the next few weeks.
It was revealed that the Europa League campaigners have won the race for the 21-year-old ahead of other interested clubs.
Premier League sides like West Ham United and Crystal Palace have also been linked with Dominic Solanke.
He has failed to break into the Liverpool squad in the new season.
The Nigerian-born England striker has fallen out of favour with Jurgen Klopp.
He has not featured for the Reds in the new season despite the fact that he played 27 times for Liverpool in the last campaign.
Dominic Solanke scored once in 27 appearances for Liverpool in his debut season at the club with 21 of those games coming in the league.
He signed for Liverpool on a free transfer from Premier League title rivals Chelsea last summer shortly after he helped the England U20 to win the FIFA U20 World Cup tournament.
Solanke also won the best player award at the end of that tournament.
