Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly preparing a £25m bid for highly rated Liverpool winger Harry Wilson.
According to the Birmingham Mail, Wolves want to sign the Welsh international player who has impressed during his loan spell at English Championship club Derby County.
It was revealed that Liverpool is open to a sale if they see at least £25m in the transfer fee.
Harry Wilson joined Derby County on a season-long loan deal from Champions League finalists Liverpool at the start of the season and he had blossomed under Chelsea legend Frank Lampard.
Former Chelsea midfielder Lampard also joined Derby County as their manager last summer just like what’s obtainable with Harry Wilson who has scored 18 goals in all competitions for the Rams this season.
With the help of Harry Wilson, Lampard has led Derby County to within just one game of Premier League promotion after the Rams qualified for the Championship Playoff final last week.
Derby County had trailed 1-0 to Leeds United from the home leg before they were able to turn the semifinal tie around in the second leg at Elland Road.
The Rams trailed 1-0 in the second leg before they were able to secure a 4-2 win for a 4-3 aggregate victory over their hosts.
Harry Wilson and Derby County will face Aston Villa in the final of the playoffs to determine who will secure promotion to the top flight.
