West London giants Chelsea could sign Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser when the transfer window reopens in the summer according to the publication from the stables of popular English news outlet Daily Mirror.
Chelsea will need to be free from the two-window transfer ban hanging over their head.
The Blues were handed the ban for their illegal transfer dealings relating to underage players though they have denied any wrongdoing and are waiting for the outcome of their appeal.
Without the threat of the transfer ban, Chelsea are a major contender to sign Bournemouth winger Fraser.
The Blues will have to contend with two other London clubs if they want to sign the 25-year-old.
The North London duo of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur had previously registered their interest in the petite player before they were joined in the hunt by West London giants Chelsea.
Ryan Fraser has grown to become an important player for Bournemouth since his transfer from Scottish Premier League outfit Aberdeen for just £400,000 in 2012.
Since his transfer, the Scottish national team player has scored 22 goals in over 150 appearances in the colours of the Cherries.
Ryan Fraser scored five league goals last season but he has been able to elevate that tally to seven goals this season in addition to 13 assists.
