Barcelona star player Jasper Cillessen has been heavily linked with a move away from Camp Nou this summer after emerging as a target for Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.

The talented goalkeeper has been in the news in recent times as a result of his links with the Anfield club, and we might expect him to stay in-between the sticks for the reds next season.

According to new reports circulating in Spain, the Dutch goalie is fed up with life at Barca, and he desires to move to a place he can get regular first-team actions.

Mundo Deportivo said the shot-stopper has instructed Barcelona to access offers, and that Liverpool appears to be a good destination for him.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is keen on taking advantage of the summer transfer window to reinforce his goalkeeping department ahead of the 2018/19 season.

Mundo Deportivo also made it known that the Merseyside club have made some necessary steps about securing Cillessen’s signature.

The Dutchman’s current contract with Barca is meant to expire in 2021, with a release clause of €60M.
