‘Consistent Performer’ Gueye Lauded By Chelsea Loanee

Everton defender Kurt Zouma has praised the impact of teammate Idrissa ‘Gana’ Gueye at the club.

According to him, Senegalese international Idrissa Gueye is a consistent performer for the Toffees and his good form has propelled Everton to the top ten on the Premier League table.

Kurt Zouma is on a season-long loan deal at Everton from West London giants Chelsea having joined the Toffees on the deadline day of last summer’s transfer window.

The French international centre back spoke about his Everton teammate in a chat with the EvertonTV.

Zouma and Gueye have been two of the shining spots of a topsy-turvy season for Everton and their fans.

His performances at Everton have impressed manager Marco Silva who recently said that the Toffees would be looking to secure a permanent transfer for the Chelsea loanee when the transfer window reopens in the summer.

Kurt Zouma has also talked about the possibility of staying at Everton beyond his loan deal this summer.

The former Saint Etienne and Stoke City defender revealed that he has improved his game under Everton manager Marco Silva.
