Even though Jurgen Klopp is trying to bolster his squad by bringing more players into his team ahead of a busy campaign next season, the Anfield club is also expected to allow some players leave so they won’t be ‘axed’ by FIFA.

One of the Liverpool stars that have been linked with a move away from Anfield is Mamadou Sakho. The French star is expected to be signed permanently by Crystal Palace after an impressive loan spell with the Eagles. However, it appears a permanent move won’t materialise soon.

Palace’s chairman Steve Parish declares his club cannot afford to pay £30 Million for Sakho. With this, it is unlikely that Liverpool can do business with Crystal Palace over Sakho.
