Last season, Belloti scored 26 goals and provided 7 assists for his teammates at Torino and has been strongly linked with a move away from the club this summer.
It was said that Antonio Conte’s side have already approached the Turin-based club over a deal for the striker with a fee in the region of £63million, but the Italian club rejected the bid.
And according to Tuttosport, a clause in the player’s deal means he can leave Torino for €100m (£88m) and the club have made it known to the west Londoners that the player won’t leave for anything less.
Chelsea have signed four new players this summer, but as much as nine Chelsea players have departed Stamford Bridge. And so, Conte has reportedly made it known that he needs as much as four new players before the end of the window.
