Report: Agent Confirms Talks With Chelsea Over Brilliant Midfielder With Superb Pace

Chelsea have started talks to sign Atalanta midfielder  Franck Kessie this January, according to his agent. The 20-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to the Stamford Bridge with reports of interest from Manchester United. Arsenal had a bid of almost €40 million rejected by Roma for centre-back ahead of the current campaign, claimed the player's agent.
