Who is to blame if Arsenal fail to secure any January deal

Of a truth, the English Premier League outfit Arsenal have made it clear that they will not be fully involved in this January winter transfer window but there were promises of loan deals.

The report claimed that the man behind the Gunners’ inability to seal the deal yet, is Raul Sanllehi who is seeming as the obstacle of the deal because of how bad he treated the club.
