Barcelona not giving up on this United star

Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona are reported to be keen on the signature of Man United youngster Marcus Rashford as they are understood to be keeping tabs on his contract situation at the Old Trafford.

The La Liga giants have identified the England international as a player who can fill in the shoes of Luiz Suarez at the club and they are likely to make an approach for him in the coming summer window.

Marcus Rashford has got a running contract with the Red Devils until 2020 and he is yet to commit his future for a contract extension which makes him available.

However, it has been reported that the Red Devils will not consider any offer that would be submitted for Marcus Rashford as they are not willing to let him leave the club any time soon.

This, therefore, will not stop Barcelona from stepping forward with a bid as it is claimed that Barcelona chief has a personal interest in Marcus Rashford and will work to ensure he plays at Barcelona.

Barcelona are not hopeful that Luiz Suarez can be at his best for the next two seasons because of his age which is the reason why they want to have a replacement for him already at the club.
