Arsenal and Leicester City to clash over Valencia winger

English Premier League outfit Arsenal are set to clash with former League champions Leicester City over the signature of Spanish La Liga outfit Valencia winger Ferran Torres.

Both teams have got their attention on the star winger who was impressive in performance for Valencia last season.

Ferran Torres is only 19 but has given a clue that he can play at the top level which gives him the chance to play at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal are keen on a new winger who will come in as a replacement for departing England international Danny Welbeck.

Efforts by the Gunners to secure the signature of Barcelona winger Denis Suarez failed to yield any results as he was unable to give a good account of himself when he was brought in for loan in the second half of last season.

Ferran Torres had an overall appearance of 37 this season across all competitions and his consistency has been hailed by pundits.

It is claimed that Atletico Madrid are also in the race for the star winger which makes his destination in the coming season very difficult to predict as a result of the number of suitors.
