Arsenal consider change of mind on Aaron Ramsey

Emerging reports hint that Arsenal might consider a change of stand on the future of Aaron Ramsey at the club.

Ramsey’s contract expires at the end of this season with the North London side unwilling to do a new deal for the Wales midfielder because of the overwhelming financial demands it might cause the club.

Earlier reports that he would be sold in the January transfer window was dismissed following the discussion held with the player where he was told that he would be allowed to leave for free at the end of the season.

However, there seems to be a change in the stance of the player if emerging reports are anything to go by. It is reported that the North London side will make use of the former Cardiff player as bait to have Roma forward Patrik Schick in the January window.

This is after Arsenal lost England international Danny Welbeck to injury with fears that he might not return to action this season.

Arsenal are beginning to experience a dip in form with their strikers Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang which makes it mandatory for the club to do a deal with Roma forward Patrik Schick seen as the best fit.
