The Daily Mirror is claiming that both Chelsea and Tottenham are considering summer swoop for the 24-year-old as both Premier League sides look to reinforce their teams ahead of next campaign.
The same article, though, says that Merseysider’s Everton have also entered the race to land the Newcastle United Captain.
He has been in brilliant form for Newcastle United this term and has netted three goals in 32 English Premier League matches for the Magpies.
The defender is tied to the Magpies until the summer of 2023 after penning a fresh six-year deal at the club last October.
