Despite a slow start to the summer transfer window, Chelsea have been able to make their fans happy by completing deals for some of their top targets, the latest being Alvaro Morata.
Well, it seem the premier league champions are not yet done…
According to reports, the Stamford Bridge club are targeting four more players this summer after bringing in Morata from Real Madrid.
Alvaro had been linked with a move to Old Trafford for much of the summer but it appears Jose Mourinho’s side couldn’t exercise much patience before finalizing a £75M deal for Everton’s Romelu Lukaku. So, Chelsea were given the opportunity to complete a deal for Morata for a reported fee of around £60million, and the Spain international has now joined the rest of Antonio Conte’s squad in their preseason tour in the Far East.
The Telegraph reported that Alex Sandro, Antonio Candreva, Fernando Llorente, and Virgil van Dijk are next up on Antonio’s wishlist before the commencement of the upcoming campaign.
Despite that Juventus are trying to hold on to Alex Sandro after selling Leonardo Bonucci to AC Milan, there were speculations that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte remains confident of persuading his former club to allow the Brazilian make the move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
Additionally, Inter Milan winger Antonio Candreva has also emerged as a target for Chelsea ahead of the upcoming campaign while Van Dijk has made Southampton realise that he want to move elsewhere.
