After a disappointing 3-3 draw against Watford in their opening game of the new premier league campaign, Liverpool have bounced back triumphantly to win their next three games.
They will now be facing Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal at Anfield on Sunday and we look on if they can make it four wins on a stretch after full-time.
And as far as Liverpool team news is concerned, there are lots of possibilities that manager Jurgen Klopp will make some changes in the team that thrashed Hoffenheim at Anfield on Wednesday.
We expect the German boss to replace Spanish defender Alberto Moreno with summer signing Andrew Robertson. Andy was impressive during the 1-0 win against Crystal Palace last Week and should be given a start against the Gunners.
Emre Can was quite impressive against the Bundesliga club during the Champions League playoff and scored twice in the game. We expect him to start the Arsenal game alongside Henderson.
However, Dutchman Wijnaldum wasted some chances to score on Wednesday and considering that he has started every match so far this term, we expect Klopp to give him a rest and field James Milner instead in the starting lineup.
Here is Liverpool’s probable 4-3-3 starting XI against Arsenal at Anfield.
GK – Mignolet
DL – Robertson
DC – Lovren
DC – Matip
DR – Trent
DM – Henderson
MC – Milner
MC – Can
WL – Mane
WR – Salah
FC – Firmino
