Cagliari president Tommaso Giulini has confirmed Chelsea’s interest in one of his players. In a recent interview with popular Italian transfer news outlet Corriere dello Sport, Giulini revealed that the Blues wanted to sign highly rated midfielder Nicolo Barella.
