Micheal Carrick is now back to first-team training at Manchester United after being sidelined for up to two months with an unknown sickness. The Manchester United captain has made just one appearance so far this term for his side – which is the League Cup game against Burton Albion at Old Trafford earlier this season. The 36-year-old has been kept out with an illness that has surprised Man United doctors. The illness came at a time he was needed most by manager Jose Mourinho - when the duo of Paul Pogba and Marouane Fellaini picked up their respective injuries.
