Borussia Dortmund star player Emre Mor has emerged as a target for Liverpool this summer and appears destined to make the switch to England, considering how he was strongly linked with the Anfield club for much of this summer. However, in a new development, it appears the Reds will miss out on getting the player's signature with latest revelations from the player's agent. A few weeks back, Dortmund was in search of a club they can send Mor to on loan to enhance his development.
